Cannot access my website (all pages only show 'Index of')

Hello,

I cannot access my webpage at the moment: http://abcroster.x10hosting.com, or www.abc-roster.com.
The pages only show 'Index of' straight away (just index of, nothing else). My website is on lotus.

I know you were doing upgrades on the free servers, and the last status post from 3 days ago say that lotus would be in the first to be relieved. Note that I could access the website a few hours after that last post.

Do you have indexing turned on?

Not sure about indexing. How can i find out?

I could not find any other thread mentionning the same problem.
My website is actually on lotusnew server
Synchronisation (not sure what it is) was 4 days ago (when it stopped working)

Indexing is located under 'Advanced' in the Cpanel. If you select 'Index Manager' then choose 'Web Root' on the pop-up. Then select 'Public_html' and then select 'No Indexing'. Does this solve your issue?

I turned off indexing (was set to default), but this did not help. My pages still show Index of/ and nothing else. Thanks anyway Andrew.

I'll probably create a new thread as this one is going to be buried without any support staff looking at it...

Problem solved. Actually, it looks like my account has been transferred to another server, but not my files.
I kept logging to the cPanel of the old server, and was seeing my files. But on the new server, there was no file at all, hence why the 'Index of/' with nothing else displayed on the page.
