Cannot Access phpMyAdmin

Hey all,

When trying to access phpMyAdmin I get the following error:

"#2002 - The server is not responding (or the local MySQL server's socket is not correctly configured)"

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Same issue not sure this is upgrade issue
SQL is messed up at the moment
