cannot access phpMyAdmin

Hello. I have just signed up with your hosting and, so far, I am impressed. I cannot use phpMyAdmin, though. When I try, I get a "wrong username/password" error. I have a WordPress site that I want to upload to the site (mrcorey.x10hosting.com) and I would like to restore my database backup and the files. On my previous host, I'd use the backup utility that came with cPanel, but that isn't in the list on your server.

Can you help me? With phpMyAdmin access, I can use the import function and I'll just use ftp or the file manager to upload the content.

Did you create Dbuser and Mysql database from cpanel.If not create it first and then try

I had actually done that before contacting you. I still seem to have no access. What's next?

looks like the account can't access the database. Fantastico can't for me, either
