I've flushed DNS, but the AMP indicates that cPanel and FTP are offline. However if I try to access http://nwiltshe.x10hosting.com/index.html, I get a message from Apache that "The requested URL /index.html was not found on this server." and the AMP shows me as using 0% of storage. It also shows my storage and bandwidth as the default but I paid for the double option with no timeout.

Thanks for your help.
Edit:
Thanks for your help in making this work again.

I had to drop my databases and re-create them in order to make them work. I could not find any way to access them (even though I created the super user). It means that I have reverted to an older version. Is there any way of accessing what was there previously?

Also, my account does not show that I paid for Double Everything and not being timed out if I don't use the forum in two weeks. I'd be grateful if you could add this back to the account.
