Cannot access site and cp!

i repeatedly posted my problem of the official support as tickets and obtained no response. That is why i resorted to the unofficial one.

I hav not been able to access my site and control panel for days.

cp : autocast.co.cc:2082

This has been discussed a few times, and as what I've had replied to me in a ticket is that they're doing maintenance and things should be sorted within a few days. Sux I know, nothing we can do cept wait unfortunately. :-(
