Cannot access site, cPanel

I'm having the same problem.. up for a few hours, down for a few.. it seems to be dependent on where I login from.. I also PMed you my IP last night. Thanks for all your work on this... hopefully tonight's tweeking will help.

I'm getting a 500 Internal Server... sometimes I can almost never access the site from my laptop... but I can access it from other computers... when I do access it (for example today), I'm getting a 500 error and so are my other visitors that I asked. What do you think?

Summary as of 5:30 PM EST, December 3:
FTP - Able to Access
CPanel - No problem
Site - Can Access, but 500 Internal Server Error
Email - No, but it is done right?

Usually -
FTP - Not able to access, Can't reach server
CPanel - Can't load it but no error, just times out
Site - Error: Can't access the server
Email - Can't reach server

Cannot find server at www.nexterous.com
Can't access FTP
Not sure about email
