Cannot access site on stoli

Ive not been able to get into my site since the weekend.

Ive tried both the direct link, and my domain name, and i cannot ping it either, or get the page up using the links in the account management page.

Your hosting account doesn't exist on our servers.
I couldn't find a termination report for your account. It could have been terminated for inactivity (don't login to the forums for 14days = suspension, if you don't claim for unsuspension in 10 days = termination), or if you had anything illegal on your hosting account

ive had nothing illegal on my account (its simply a mod for a game).

Ive been logging in regularly as i once accidentally left it while i was away, causing a brief suspension (hence ive been quite regular with logging in).

I had no suspension notice at all, and there was definitely no 10 day notice period to request unsuspension, it went straight from functioning normally (i posted on my forums on last friday i beleive) to non existent it seems. Ive not changed anything recently, and I keep the ads on every public page as required.

Your account doesn't exist on our servers, sorry.
I can't really know if you were active or not, as you're a member since 2007 and it's the first time you've posted. We do not terminate accounts for no reason.

We do have a backup of your account from: 16th January (when we did the server move), if you want we can restore this backup, or if you have a more recent backup we'll help you restore it.
