Cannot access the CPanel

When I first opened an account I used this address to access the cpanel, which worked fine: http://rejoicemedia.x10hosting.com:2082

I now use my own domain and I cannot access the cpanel anymore. Instead I get "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"
cpanel url: http://www.rejoiceinternationalmedia.biz:2082
