Cannot access to my Website

I have no problem in the Cpannel, and Forum access. In the Cpannel, I upgraded the password and email confirmation. But my Website http://exawatt.exofire.net/ and with my domain name http://www.decibel.li
doesn't work from about one week. What is the problem?

Now, I can access to my Website (http://www.decibel.li), but there is a problem of configuration. I check in the Cpannel if my domain is OK with the root folder.
