Cannot add a domain

When I attempt to add my second addon domain (sahilbawa.com) on x10Hosting Basic, I get the error Unable to add the domain name − Unable to create addon domain. Please verify that it has been set to the proper DNS name servers. When I attempt to add it on the CPanel X, I get the error Domain already exists, it was not added.: sahilbawa.bg3productions.x10.mx

The nameservers of the domain have been set to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com, and I am trying to add sahilbawa.com, not sahilbawa.bg3productions.x10.mx (I am in the Addon Domain section, not Add Subdomain section, before you ask). I do not understand why I keep getting this error.

When cPanel adds foo.com to an account with main domain bar.x10.bz, it adds foo.bar.x10.bz as a subdomain (it is just how cPanel does it) at the same time.

My guess is that the system added the subdomain but could not verify the DNS records when you tried to add the .com.

Use cPanel and see if you can remove the subdomain sahilbawa.bg3productions.x10.mx and then retry adding your .com
