Hi everyone,
I am trying to add my custom domain idebsports.ly to my x10Hosting account, but I am getting the error:
Another user owns this domain or a parent of this domain.
Here is the context of my issue:
Since I am the rightful owner of this newly registered domain, could an admin please manually clear the residual DNS zone or release idebsports.ly from the system so I can successfully add it here?
I can provide ownership proof or screenshots from my registrar (Libyan Spider) if required.

- Registrar: Libyan Spider
- Previous Host: I was previously using this domain with InfinityFree. However, due to technical reasons, I have fully removed the domain from my InfinityFree account and dashboard because I no longer want to use their services.
Since I am the rightful owner of this newly registered domain, could an admin please manually clear the residual DNS zone or release idebsports.ly from the system so I can successfully add it here?
