Cannot Add Domain

I've already pointed the nameservers on my domain TheViner.com to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com - yet I still cannot addon domain to x10 account.

I get this message when I try to add:

"Unable to add the domain name − Unable to create addon domain. Please verify that it has been set to the proper DNS name servers."

When I visit my domain, I get this:

[h=1]500 Internal Server Error[/h]The request was not completed. The server met an unexpected condition.

Currently shows most places do not have NS records. If you just changed the DNS settings at godaddy, it might take awhile (up to 48 hours) for the changes to spread through the Web so that x10hosting's software can read that it is properly set to their nameservers.
