Cannot connect, cannot get support ... how do I get assistance please?

I've created three requests all identifying the same problem - and all three have been closed without a resolution.

Three weeks ago, before the move, I had a perfectly good account. My site was available on the web and I could upload using ftp. Since the move started I have been unable to get access to my account - web browsers report site unavailable and ftp times out.

I have not closed the account, my account was not under suspension warning, my site, containing personal photographs of my home town, hardly seems to infringe the content rules so I can see no reason why the account has been deliberately closed. I assume it is a victim of the move - but how do I know if no-one will help? And how do I get it back? And how can I get assistance from the technicians at this site? I click on "Create Support Request", wait a couple of weeks then the request is closed out.

Can anyone please assist me?
