Cannot connect to cPanel on lotusnew.x10hosting.com

Dear Support Officer, I have been trying to connect to my cPanel for access to my free hosted domain at vanheemstrapictures.x10hosting.com However, my browser (Firefox and Safari) keep timing out when I click on the link to the cPanel from my account. What can I do, please tell me. Thanks, Willem van Heemstra
