cannot connect to cpanel

Hi,

I have been suspended, then I clicked the unsuspend button (or sth similar). Still, I can't login to Cpanel (login failed on boru server) and when I try visiting one of my websites (zdrob.33.exofire.net) I have the "account suspended message".
The unsuspended notification is one month old...

The account is showing as unsuspended in the system. Looks like someone in staff will need to sort this issue out however.
