Cannot connect to Cpanel!

Well I just made my account, so I decided to try out cpanel.
I typed in exactly what it gave in the email about 6 times and it didn't work.
So I was like what the heck, then I changed my password for cpanel in account management, and it still didn't work. I changed it and tried it again about 3 times till I came here.

Please don't close my account for not having a page, I just can't access cpanel or ftp.

I have also noticed that it says my domain is available, but when i try to reregister, it says it's unavailable.

what was your original domain name before you changed it to what it is now. Did this happen after you changed the domain name?

try going to server.x10hosting.com:2082 but replace the server with your server name like stoli

i have the same prob but when i go to my domain n-famikon.x10hosting.com it gets a connection has timed out error please help
