cannot connect to cpanel

every time i enter the link to go to my cpanel it says cannot connet
http://badurally.x10hosting.com:2082/
it worked before and not anymore

now it work.. then it wont work.. is the server upgrading all time?

Try using http://cossacks.x10hosting.com:2082 instead.

This issue should be resolved. It was an httpd error on cossacks. You should be able to log in as normal now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
