Cannot Connect to Cpanel

Hello! I am new to x10hosting and have just received my "Welcome" email. I am unable to get to my cPanel...a blank page appears after clicking on my websites cPanel link within my email. Any suggestions how to access so that I can upload my site? I have tried to connect to the server via Dreamweaver too, to no avail.

Try again. If it doesn't work, you can submit a ticket. These things happen occasionally.
