I'm having trouble connecting to the FTP server that my account was provided with. I can't tell if it is my side or something with x10hosting.

I would assume the TLS is a issue...
###

here is some information

if you use Filezilla - you must disable the option for multiple connections otherwise x10hosting's firewall may block you

in filezilla --> Edit (top of screen) --> Settings --> Transfers --> Concurent transfers - set all three to "1"
###

CAUTION: Your IP can be blocked by x10hosting's firewall - for too many "Failed" FTP logins in a short period

The FTP details you need for FileZilla (or other FTP client):
click on icon at top lefthand side of screen (Open the Site Manager)
click on [ New Site ] - enter a name for your site

Host: (your account's primary (main) domain) or (your server's IP address) - Port: 21

Protocl: FTP - File Transfer Protocol

Encryption: Use plain FTP

Logon Type: Normal

User: (your cPanel user name)

Password: (your cPanel password)

click on [ Connect ]

None of this worked, Still having trouble with TLS. Maybe my IP was blocked?
