cannot connect to my control panel

no, my site url is monbattle.com but I don't have my C Panel url as monbattle.com: 2082 rather it is chopin.x10hosting.com:2082

sorry, typo in my last post, I am using port 2082 and it doesn't load

EDIT: snshusat, my admin panel says cPanel should be http://boru.x10hosting.com:2082, but i'm having the same problem with that as well :(

gibb3h, how fast your connect is? If it is very slow than please wait until the login page is completely loaded.

I never get to the login screen

Seeing that you say you're on a business connection I'm assuming that you are in your work place?

That could in that case be the reason, it is rather common that port 2082 is blocked by the firewall. Basically most companies/schoola only allow ports they know is needed by the employees/students.

You could try this: http://cpanel.gibb3h.x10hosting.com (it's known to have worked in some cases where port has been blocked)
