cannot connect to server

Hi,
Every time we I try to connect to my website I get this message:

Connection Error

Unable to connect to the requested site.
Details
Unable to establish a connection with server 69.175.122.178


My domain web is: bulevarmalaga.exofire.net

I can't connect to my cpanel or FTP eather. I use the stoli server for this web.

Your site is loading fine for me.Flush yor DNS and try.
For Cpanel try this http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082/
