Cannot connect

I can't seem to connect to the server ... I get the following message ... what am I doing wrong? I need to get this up soon ...
Command: USER class99
Response: 331 User class99 OK. Password required
Command: PASS ********
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server

Have you checked that the FTP user name exists? Also, can you try using your CPanel login instead and see if that works?

You need to enter in your cPanel username which we can give to you if you don't remember it. Once you enter that in, as long as the password is correct it will connect.
