Cannot create a new hosting account

Hello dear sir, When I try to register a new hosing account it gives me an error stating that "You are Using a Proxy or trying to register multiple accounts.We do not allow proxies or registering multiple accounts......blah blah..But I didnt used any proxy or registered multiple accs. Help me to solve this.Thank you in advance
