I had a free account here a while back, but it closed due to lack of use. I now have a need for another one to test a project and I simply CANNOT create a new account.
I tried reactivating the old one by creating a new account for that address. When I do that, I get the page that says I already have an account, but NONE of the passwords I had will work. So I click "forgot" and that takes me to a page that says my info could not be found but I can create a new account. I click there and the entire process repeats!!! How can the system find that I have an account with the email address and then tell me it cannot find any account. This is a vicious circle. I have an account at x10premium with no problems, I have the account in these forums using that email address and password. something is screwed up in the login/create account process. I have cleaned out all of my history and cookies and still cannot create an account here.
I tried using a different email, one of the ones ties to an account at x10premium and the confirmation email NEVER gets sent. I tried using an email that HAS never been used here and I get the message that I already have an account with that email, and that is IMPOSSIBLE!
Any support staff have a clue what is happening??
