Cannot create account

Hi,

I have tried twice to create an account but while I do get all the way to the end of the process. It doesn't create the domain and associated cpanel account. When I tried to "associate" the forum account to the hosting account I am told the hosting account do not exist but if I try to recreate it I am told it does exist...

PS: account is meffre for both - domain is fashion.x10hosting.com

Hi,

I don't really get any error. When I open the hosting account everything goes well but I don't get any email about the hosting been active.
If I ask to have it resend I get the message: "Hosting account signup confirmation email re-sent. Please check your e-mail for further instructions." But I don't receive anything.

If I try to link the hosting account to the forum account I get" An Error Has Occurred The hosting username you specified does not exist." So I can't link both.

If I try recreating the hosting account I get: "An Error Has Occurred You already have a hosting account, use it."

So do I have one or not!!!?

Check your spam folder or junk folder for the mail from x10.
