Hello, since some time my site https://syncfolders.elementfx.com does give a certificate error. When I generate a new certificate via option 'Get automatic certificate from ACME Provider' I get the following error:

Cannot Execute Your Request

Weekly Rate limit of 200 for 'elementfx.com' has been reached

Any idea how to get this solved?

Hello,

There is not much that can be done aside from waiting for the limit to be reset. All you can do is change the ACME Provider setting from Let's Encrypt to ZeroSSL. If you still get the same error, than all you can do is wait.

Thanks. I have done this already for some weeks, but this does not help...
I really have the feeling something is wrong. Any administrator who could help here?

You should be able to generate a request using a wildcard. Normally the wildcard SSL's complete much quicker than standard for some reason within our system.

Thanks for the reaction. I have done this also quite some times. The system says: Your request will run in the background. Once completed, you'll be notified in the Message System.
However, I am not able to read any message. If I click on the messages icon I get the following:

Feature Disabled

This feature has been disabled. Please, contact your administrator.

Is there an administrator who can solve this or who can tell me what to do?

The messages area is disabled. All that is in the message center is likely an error message saying it failed for the same reason as before.

All you can do is change ACME Provider between Let’s Encrypt and ZeroSSL. Outside of that, there is nothing that can be done outside of patiently waiting for the weekly rate limit to reset.

No one can currently access my website without an SSL warning for weeks already. To my opinion, this is far from professional and should not be allowed. Each day I try to generate a certificate without success.

I would expect a reaction from an administrator on this situation and, obviously, a solution.

I am sorry you are having issues. I was able to manually install an SSL on our backend for your site and can see this loading at this time. This may take sometime on your local browser / cache to update

Thanks a lot! It is properly working now.
Will the certificate be renewed automatically? Or will I have the same problem on March 3, 2025?

This should now auto renew now that it is protected and installed.
