I have a problem creating an email account. I currently have no email accounts at all but it says:
"Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum allowed email accounts."
i noticed a few others having this problem when i searched the forums. Can an administrator please assist in resetting it please?
Also I cannot access my ftp account. I am using cuteftp and my clients says:
"[11/22/2007 5:29:45 PM] Can't resolve "ftp.petsdreamland.net". Network connectivity was detected. Check the spelling of the server name or contact the server administrator."
I am using my own domain www.petsdreamland.net , my site works, just these 2 functions are down.

I managed to log into my ftp using "petsdreamland.net" instead of ftp.petsdreamland.net
However i still cannot create any email accounts, can any administrator help me please?
