cannot create mysql database

In my home screen on cPanel. I noticed on the mysql databases it says 0/0. I tried to make a database and it says successfully created dvddb, but when I click on the "Go Back" link it does not show the database I just created.

Can someone please help? Thanx!

You're on the static plan, which does not include any databases. You need to post in the Upgrades/Downgrades/Changes forum to have the account moved to another level, but in doing so, you will require ads.
