Cannot create web disk

When I run the script found in the getting started section (for Vista with SSL), it asks for a certificate which I don't have and then fails to connect. When I use the unsecure one, it fails to connect.I am using Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 which is turned off now, so Im sure those ports are not firewalled. FTP works fine. Why cant I connect? :dunno:

Try not using SSL.
Vista also used to have problems with web disk. I'm not sure if that is still the case however.

When I use the unsecured web disk, it fails to connect. Same error, without asking for a certificate. I had the same problem on Windows XP with a completely different computer. I believe it is something I am doing wrong or a software conflict. Do you have any ideas?
