Cannot delete a database

Dear Support

I accidentally created a second MySQL database and now I cannot delete it from cPanel. It says delete completed, but it still shows up.

The name of the database is 'posidyn'


I have another question. How do I close off support tickets that have already been resolved?

I am referring this post to a staff member so that you can resolve this issue. I don't believe you can close your own threads in this forum. If you did have permission, you would have a link labeled "Administrative" with a link to close it.
