Cannot delete a folder

Hello.

I was trying to delete a folder but every time I hit refresh the folder is still there. The name of the folder is 25Nov2016 CIS

Please advise what can I do. Thanks.

try renaming so there is no space (this should normally not be an issue) and then try. Also try with a FTP client.

Did the following you said Lylex but no luck. I have tried moving it to .trash folder so it will not be on public_html.
