Hello. I am going to get directly to the point:
I tried to delete some files i didn't needed after Fantastico made them. Apparently i am unable to do so. I go into cPanel File Manager and i delete them, however, if i refresh they are still there. I deleted the "main files" from Fantastico. However, some are still there [folders mainly] and i need them removed. Thanks and hope this problem will be fixed.

You can try deleting them via FTP. (Filezilla) if not, I don't think those folders do much harm.

Actually the other way around. I wanted to do a HOMEPAGE. So they are dirrectly on public_html/ no other "/public_html/[thing]". And even if i overwrite them they come back to the initial state. So i NEED to delete them so i can make a homepage. So YES. IT IS HARMFUL.

Did you tried to delete the files from "Legacy file manage" in your cpanel.

I am afraid so, didn't work.

On the good side, i can RENAME them. I renamed them ALL to numbers. I want a admin to remove the "number files" in my public_html. [1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9] I think that's all....
