Hi,
I have some folders inside my public Html folder (currently names public html1 at the moment that i cannot delete or change permissions on.

I have renamed the folders to Delete1 , Delete2, Delete3, Delete4.

is it possible to have someone delete these folders?

(called delete 1 delete 2 delete 3 and delete 4)

:dunno:

Go to your cPanel and try to delete those files in the File Manager there.

Do you mean that you delete them but they are still there, or do you mean that you right click on the file and nothing happens?

Can you try to delete them from the legacy filemanager. And when you deleting them check the permissions.

Sure sounds like it; I'll escalate since we've tried the alternatives to ftp and they aren't working. At the very least maybe one of them can trash the folders, and better might be able to figure out what caused it so it doesn't happen again :)
