Cannot delete FTP folders

I cannot delete some FTP folders (wp-admin, wp-content and wp-includes) apart of wordpress so i can install a new one with a new domain name. i cant rename it or upload into it (everything fails) any help would be grateful

Have you tried deleting the folders via the cPanel file manager?

I have tried, they just reapear straight away

I'd suggest you try again in 24 hours or so. It's possible that ongoing maintenance is affecting the file process.

Okies seems like ive found the problem i had to change the file permissions to 777 to be able to delete them :s
