Cannot delete subdomain from https://x10hosting.com/control page

Hi,
I am unable to delete subdomain 'robinar.robinar.elementfx.com' from httpsx10hosting.comcontrol page. I have deleted all subdomain entries in cPanel. In addition I made robin.thals.com my main domain, but it still points to cms.robinar.elementfx.com which I have deleted from control panel.

I'm seeing that your main domain is set correctly in the system, but your DNS records are not set correctly. You'll need to speak to the people you are getting this domain from and have the nameservers changed to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com.

However, since you are having non-related problems with removing your subdomain, I am requesting a staff member assist you with this problem.
