"Cannot determine nameserver ips"..............

Trying to help someone add a domain. It's unfortunately with Melbourne It so has taken a day and a half to publish. Now that's done, all I get is:
"Sorry, cannot determine nameserver IPs. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar."
Are there any issues or should I just wait it out?

Silly question here, you do have the name servers set to your domain to NS1.X10Hosting.com and NS2.X10Hosting.com? These are the ones that you had to set in you Melbourne domain setup. If that is correct and you have waited 36+hrs for propagation you may need to wait a bit longer. I have seen propagation take as long as 72 hours.
Depending on how tech savvy you are, you could do a NS lookup on the Melbourne name servers and a few other sites and see if the NS servers are correct and see if your domain host did their job and set them up correctly.
