Cannot edit cloudflare settings using cPanel; shows the registration form

i cannot edit my cloudflare settings using the x10 cpanel, it shows a page for registering with the cloudflare services.

my account is still showing the same sign up form.
pl. help me with the situation; i've also sent a support request to cloudflare about the issue.
