Cannot edit website on Exofire

For 5(?) days I cannot find the page www.asnz.exofire.net/admin.php to get into our voluntary organisations website. I get an error message saying the page is temporarily unavailable. I have searched for service outage messages and found none.

Access to /admin.php is expected to be sorted over the next few days (we're waiting for a reply from SiteReptile). The reason behind the problem seem to be the block we put in place to combat abuse, and since sitebuilder encrypts its files it has proven to be a bit harder to find out what IP(s) that needs to be added to whitelist.

The temporary unavailable would be caused by the server taking too long to respond to the request and is caused by the block as mentioned.
