I am trying to log into cPanel after receiving an email notification that my account has been suspended due to inactivity. I go to http://www.x10hosting.com/portal/login.php and am sent to the http://www.x10hosting.com/ss0/login.php page. I then click "control Panel" at the top and get the following message on a new page:
[h=2]There's a Problem[/h]
Unfortunately we were not able to find your hosting account.
Your account may have been:

  • Removed for inactivity; or
  • Suspended and removed for a Terms violation; or
  • Requested to be deleted.
The good news it that you may sign up again now.

How do I sign into my account portal to unsuspend the account like I normally do?

Thanks.

Try it now (after clearing browser cache, cookies, and history). I have unsuspended you and can see your site

Everything appears to be working now but why couldn't I request unsuspension WITHOUT you doing it manually like we could before? I also didn't have access to a logout option anywhere on the website after attempting to log into my account.
