Cannot FTP files in

I opened a new Free website today and can't seem to FTP my files into the site. I am using the Domain name: losdlot6478.x10.mx, username: losdlot and the password that I logged into this account with. My FTP software returns with a "connection refused" message. The FTP software works fine with another website that I have. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you are using correct cpanel password.
