Cannot ftp my account

i subscribed last week a free hosting. Ftp acces was good until last friday. Now, i'm not able to connect on my account.

Can anyone reset my password and confirm my credentials?

Server/ host name is ftp.yourdomain.com
FTP username is your cpanel username

i followed the connection guide in cpanel. My login is good but when i try to ping the ftp server, it's unreachable.

I made an ipconfig /flushdns to avoid dns cache issue... but same issue

i finally tried to reset my ftp password but i cannot change it (main ftp account)
