cannot get c panel to open

Ive had this problem for ages now. Ive not been able to get the c panel to open, its become a problem now because I cant sync my computer files with the server via ftp and want to check the ftp password. Ive read that yer all very busy, but once you have a chance Id really appreciate having this sorted.
