Cannot get into my Account Panel

I started an account about 2 weeks ago and still cannot get into my Account Panel. I have changed my password several times. I have tried to contact someone about this issue, but I am not getting a repsonse. Can someone please help?

First of all, are you referring to the account panel at http://x10hosting.com/panel.php or cPanel

The forum account you are currently using does not have a hosting account linked. What cPanel name did you sign up for? (it contains of maximum 8 chars and only letters/numbers)
