Cannot get signup pending

After signing up for a free hosting account and confirming my email address, I am redirected to https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/signup/pending when I try to log in. I am not getting an access denied page like mentioned in other support tickets that describe an issue with being redirected to the pending page. Can you advise if there is an issue that might be blocking the sign up?

Just wanted to provide some closure on this for anyone else reading that might be reading this - it looks like the issue was due to a bug in the system. This has been resolved for me and I was able to complete the sign up and create a website. Thanks for your help
