Cannot install Joomla to free hosting account

I cannot install Joomla to my free hosting account.
The progress bar shows-up only to 2% then stops with error package not found.

How to install ?

have yo tried the manual install

I know only "Auto Installer". I didn't know there's a manual way to do it.
Would appreciate it very much if you show me how.

Sure shoot me a message here and I can guide you through it

we can start from the control panel.

In my case, I just click the "Auto Installer", as soon as the page displays, JOOMLA appears on the front page. I just click on "install" button, answer all the fields required and click "install" button again at the bottom of the page.
Then the progress bar on top counts, at 2% it closes and the error pop-out on the top section.

A step by step instruction for the manual install will be best.
