Cannot install Wordpress, problems with database.

I've been trying all day to install wordpress, but can't get it to work. Everytime I try to installl I get an error message, saying wordpress can't contact the database server.

Already triple-checked the username and database name are right, erased and recreated the user as some posts advice to, even created a new fresh database with a new fresh user, and still get the same exact message.

¿Any help?

Did you add int.fris.x10hosting.com to your remote mysql hosts?
