Tried to launch using different browsers, on different machines. The resulting error is as follows:
The connection has timed out

The server at xo2.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

This is almost always because your network/provider doesn't allow connections over port 2083. That's often the case in workplaces, schools, libraries and public WiFi access points. (It's not so much that they deliberately block port 2083 as that they block everything other than the standard ports for HTTP/HTTPS, FTP and e-mail. There's also a chance that you have your own firewall at home set up in a similar way by default.) You can ask a network admin to open port 2083, or try to connect using a different network/provider.
