Cannot Link Account With cPanel Account

My username is: JesseHC

My cPanel username is: awsq

However when i input that into the box to link my account it says it wasn't found. Please help.

When will they be back?
Edit:
How do I fix it when they are back. I already made the account and now its saying it doesn't exist.

I don't think that your account has been created. It is still in the signup queue. Once it is created, it will be automatically linked.
