cannot link to cpanel account

after i entered my cpanel login name, i was told that there will be a email sent to the default email address of the cpanel account. However, i did not get any email. I did check my spam inbox and it is not in the spam inbox either.

I've tried many times but all failed. Help!

Have you updated the contact information in cPanel?

As Spartan says, you have to look on the top at the left, that there's a link to update your cPanel mail...
You should update it, and then link it again...

If you have another email account, try using it instead -- I'm pretty sure a select few mail providers have been consistently causing problems.

At service of a problem.
I have wanted to make too and have not come on email. Waited. The letter has then come has.I not looked on what nick the letter has come and activated. As a result read my problem. http://forums.x10hosting.com/showthread.php?t=18629
Simply I then has understood that activated on other nick.

i tried to change my contact email to many different addresses, but still, im not recieving the confirmation email. what should i do now?
