cannot log in cpanel impartant files in it

hello,
i cannt log in my cpanel account..i tried to update my password even though i remember my password but nothing.
i have an important project [for my school] in that account thats why im begging you to do sth..at least make these two .zip files from my cpanel account downloadable somewhere or send these by e-mail because i havent these on my computer saved...

You cannot log in because your account is currently suspended for inactivity. Please note that you must login to the forums at least once every 31 days to keep your account active. Posting is not required.
You need to unsuspend yourself from the account panel (as per these instructions), then try logging in again.
